Recently, JADO production base upgrade the production equipment again to improve production, so as to meet the Car owners’ increasing requirement for  JADO products .
Jado China ( Shenzhen production base) invest  300 million RMB for SMT workshop  purchased  of Fuji CP-842E High efficiency SMT production line, production capacity can reach 4 million components per hour; Now, JADO China (Shenzhen production base has three SMT production line, average per hour can be up to 12 million components / per hour, is the highest among the industry.

Machines and related debugging personnel are on schedule to reach JADO production base.

JADO SMT production lines of PCBA machine imported from Japan, the power per hour can print 4W, SMT auto soldering the resistors, capacitors, jumpers and other element to the PCB, and then 250 degrees high temperature solidification is also known as the Reflow, and inspect AOI images after completion of the SMT ,to avoid wrong material & mixing material&false welding in the SMT.

JADO factory adopt GKG G5 High precision and high stability whole automatic visual printing machine.

The staff is replacing the SMT machine component.

AOI inspection machine inspect the PCB by optical image, to avoid wrong material & mixing.

SMT completion will inspect the PCB.
